How Pivotal Health & World Class Displays Turned a Rebrand Into a Premium, Flexible Exhibit

10x20' Custom Trade Show Exhibit Built for Pivotal Health

Pivotal Health’s rebrand from Radix Health created the right moment to rethink how the company showed up at healthcare industry events.

The team needed a custom exhibit that could make the new brand feel polished, professional, and credible in front of healthcare leaders. And the project also came with a few practical realities: a compressed timeline, multiple shows, and the need for a booth system that could support more than one footprint size.

We helped bring those needs together in a custom exhibit built for a more flexible trade show program.

The Challenges: Launching a New Brand Presence Built for Multiple Shows

All healthcare brands we work with who activate at trade show events need to balance two core factors:

  1. Designing a booth that is visually interesting to the point of being memorable and attractive to people on the show floor

  2. Giving a polished, refined, and authoritative feel to ensure the brand is respected amongst hospital leaders, physician groups, and healthcare decision-makers

Pivotal was no different in this regard. However, Pivotal Health also had their own set of specific goals and hurdles that included:

A stronger first impression for the new brand - After rebranding, Pivotal wanted an exhibit that used design principles to push their new brand image into the forefront of people’s minds and underline that they’re a unique, premium brand in the healthcare space

A flexible exhibit investment - The booth needed to support a full 10’x20’ trade show presence while also being able to adapt into 8’ x 20’ and 10’x10’ booth spaces for some events.

A compressed project timeline - Our teams had less than a month to design, build, and ship the exhibit before the first show.

Tight show-to-show logistics - Pivotal Health’s first two events created a quick turnaround, with the exhibit moving from ACEP Accelerate in San Diego to ASA Advance in Las Vegas with limited time between dismantle and installation.

The Solutions: A Custom Exhibit System Built for Brand Presence, Flexibility, and Speed

To help Pivotal Health launch its new brand presence with confidence, we designed a custom 20’w x 8’h exhibit that blended dimensional design details, flexible exhibit planning, and a mixture of show support & services.

Let’s jump in to how we solved the challenges listed above.

Creating a stronger first impression for the new brand

To help Pivotal stand out in a polished healthcare environment, WCD built the exhibit around material quality & elegant shape design.

This meant:

  • Using layered wood construction mounted over an Aluvision backwall with SEG fabric graphics.

  • Rather than incorporating LED lighting within the SEG structure itself, the illumination is strategically placed behind the wood elements, creating depth, dimension, and a striking halo effect.

  • The curved wall cutout further enhances the design, giving the exhibit a distinctive, contemporary appearance that stands out on the show floor.

Combine that with the addition of accessories that round out the upscale experience such as, a touch-screen kiosk, premium vinyl flooring, our wooden orb reception counter outfitted with an ACP panel with printed vinyl overlay graphics, LED halo lighting, & furniture rentals and you start to see the booth come to life.

Designing for two booth footprints and different audiences

Pivotal needed the exhibit to work across different event opportunities that structurally would need to accommodate different size footprints in addition to different audiences.

To support this, WCD designed the system to support both a full 10’x20’ booth footprint with a 8’x20’ setup and a modified 10’x10’ setup to support a smaller footprint. That flexibility gave the team a more practical long-term exhibit investment, allowing them to show up with a consistent brand presence even when the available footprint changed from show to show.

In order to help them communicate with two identified audiences, we proposed they use two separate fabric graphics to showcase different aspects of the company.

Executing quickly without losing the custom feel

With less than a month to design, build, and ship the exhibit, WCD had to move quickly while still delivering a booth that felt custom and premium.

To do this we focused on:

  • Using high-end, established, modular exhibit systems that combine standardized pieces or components that can be modified as needed (E.g. Aluvision)

  • Pairing these “standardized” modular exhibit systems with custom wood construction, branded SEG graphics, lighting placement, and branded counter details to create a finished environment that looked custom without slowing down the project timeline.

Supporting a tight multi-show schedule

Pivotal’s first two events required fast coordination between ACEP Accelerate (January 20-22, 2026) in San Diego and ASA Advance (Jan. 23-25, 2026) in Las Vegas.

To reduce the burden on Pivotal’s team, our client coordinators stepped in to help coordinate logistics between both events’ organizers, support staff, as well as logistics and shipping teams to ensure the smoothest takedown, delivery, and setup experience possible.

The Result

For teams planning a rebrand, product launch, or busy trade show calendar, the right exhibit partner should help with more than the physical exhibit structure.

For Pivotal Health, we combined exhibit design, custom fabrication, modular systems, and show-service coordination to create a premium booth experience while reducing the complexity behind the scenes. The result was a polished, show-ready presence with fewer moving pieces for Pivotal’s team to manage internally.
